Frozen Yogurt Bites...Simple Genius
I am always looking for simple healthy snacks for the kids. Frozen Yogurt Bites have met that need. It is the crazy simplest thing you have ever done. Place your favorite flavor of yogurt into a zip-lock bag...cut a small hole in the corner...pipe the yogurt onto a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper in quarter size dollops...and pop in the freezer. Once they are frozen pop them off the paper and into a freezer bag or container for storage. Serve 4-6 yogurt bites with a piece of fresh fruit...and you have an amazingly simple snack for the kids.
As you can see from the picture, I mixed it up a bit. My household is not a huge fan of the tartness of the super healthy greek yogurt, but when mixed with a second, sweeter option...it is a huge hit.
Have a wonderful, magical day...and thanks for joining me at Making DeBest of Living on a Prayer.
